DGS Group-Builders & Developers holds a track record of 35 residential projects and 7,000 happy family members in a short span of 12 years. With the primary focus on quality housing within budget, we have 14 ongoing projects and 30 upcoming residential complexes, all in the affordable housing segment across the western suburbs; making us the Emerging Developers of Mumbai in 2017.
TIME LINE
1985 : Shri Dudhnath Girdhari Shukla starts D. G. Traders. 1992 : The company diversifies into transport with the establishment of DGS Transport. 1996 : Elder sons, Surajdev and Brahmdev Shukla start trading in river sand, metal stones and bricks. 1995 : The Group starts supplying steel to builder industry. 1998 : Supply of cement. 2004 : Entry into labour supply industry. 2009 : The Group makes a formal entry into re-development. 2011 : The Group successfully completed 4 projects. 2016 : The Group successfully completed 17 projects. Took another 21 projects in hand. 2017 : The Group completed 21 projects and has 8 upcoming ones. At the same time 20 more are in the pipeline.MANAGEMENT TEAM

Our founder, the late Shri. Dudhnath Girdhari Shukla, was a visionary man committed to quality

Almost 20,000 societies in the city were constructed 30 to 40 years ago and have deteriorated with time. However, societies need to pay hefty amounts if they undertake repair which is again a redundant process.
